Pricing Administrator

Location: King of Prussia, PA


The Pricing Administrator is responsible for the management and administration of negotiated prices established between supplyFORCE and manufacturers and supplyFORCE and customers. The Pricing Administrator maintains responsibility to process manufacturer special pricing agreements (SPA) updates into the ERP system, performs quality validation processes, manage price matrix extracts in an excel format for distribution and coordination between supplyFORCE and member distributors. Additionally the pricing administrator manages trackers and baseline data required to support the SPA systems.

  • Preparation, entry or upload of customer price matrix into NAV
  • Support and tracking of quality validation processes
  • Support NAV system entry and set-up relative to pricing
  • Manage report out on metrics and departmental deliverables
  • Maintains correct customer pricing in NAV
  • Cordinate matrix updates between supplyFORCE and member distributors
  • Various projects

  • Marketing Assessment & Strategy; create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance supplyFORCE position and image within the marketplace.
  • Build and maintain digital marketing strategy and social media presence
  • Develop budgets for the Marketing department
  • Ensure consistency internally and externally of all supplyFORCE print and electronic marketing materials including; letterhead, logo, presentations, handouts, website, newsletters, business cards, co-branding, etc.
  • Measure and report effectiveness of marketing programs, publications, and communications.
  • Maintain supplyFORCE website.
  • Manage newsletters including content management & development and design.
  • Create and develop supplyFORCE branded materials, including; Power Point presentations, brochures, cards, etc.
  • Design signage and provide promotional materials for the office, trade shows, and events.
  • Develop, manage, and facilitate manufacturer webinars in GoToWebinar.
  • Work with internal and external resources to plan, coordinate and execute annual National Meeting.
  • Manage registration and coordinate attendance for industry events.

Experience:

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access. Specific experience in pricing, data management or industry served

Minimum two to three years’ experience in marketing or industry served.

Education:

High School graduate or greater.

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university (preferably in Marketing or Communications); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
