LOCATION: King of Prussia 


The Credit and Collections Rep. position is responsible for supporting and reconciling all transactions between supplyFORCE and the customer. Each Credit and Collections Rep. will be assigned customers to manage. The customers will be assigned by the Credit and Collections Manager. Each customer requires monthly AR statement reconciliations and daily cash application. Some customers will also require collection efforts. This position requires direct communication with the customer to address and correct any invalid processes.

  • Perform full Accounts Receivable functions.  Includes, but not limited to, auto cash posting, manual cash posting, customer account reconciliation, customer collections, credit and rebills.
  • Understand Accounts Payable and the relationship with Accounts Receivable (this is unique to supplyFORCE).
  • Track open customer issues and resolve within required time.
  • Reconcile assigned customer accounts monthly.
  • Manage assigned customers so payments are timely and remittance reference accurate data.
  • Work with customers who do not comply with correct processes.
  • Identify any customers not paying within terms and take appropriate action.
  • Identify customers who are taking invalid discounts and take appropriate action.
  • Document and track outstanding issues.
  • Manage a contact list for assigned customers.

  • Marketing Assessment & Strategy; create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance supplyFORCE position and image within the marketplace.
  • Build and maintain digital marketing strategy and social media presence
  • Develop budgets for the Marketing department
  • Ensure consistency internally and externally of all supplyFORCE print and electronic marketing materials including; letterhead, logo, presentations, handouts, website, newsletters, business cards, co-branding, etc.
  • Measure and report effectiveness of marketing programs, publications, and communications.
  • Maintain supplyFORCE website.
  • Manage newsletters including content management & development and design.
  • Create and develop supplyFORCE branded materials, including; Power Point presentations, brochures, cards, etc.
  • Design signage and provide promotional materials for the office, trade shows, and events.
  • Develop, manage, and facilitate manufacturer webinars in GoToWebinar.
  • Work with internal and external resources to plan, coordinate and execute annual National Meeting.
  • Manage registration and coordinate attendance for industry events.

Deliverables:

  • Manage assigned customers
  • Ensure customers are paying within terms.
  • Perform customer account adjustments when needed
  • Reconcile customer statements monthly
  • Any outstanding customer issue is documented and tracked
  • Customer contact list
  • Calculate DSO for a customer, when requested.
  • Apply daily cash
  • Correct any failed processes for assigned customers

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of collections experience
  • Must be a problem solver
  • Project focused and respects deadlines
  • Works well under pressure
  • Strong reconciliation skills
  • Able to multi-task

Minimum two to three years’ experience in marketing or industry served.

Education:


Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
