Corporate Support Specialist 

LOCATION: King of Prussia 


The Corporate Support Specialist is responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Executive, Marketing, Channel and L&D areas including management of corporate communications, planning and execution of company meetings and contract administration.

  • Assists with internal and external company communications (employee surveys, newsletters, etc.)
  • Prepare and organize reports
  • Maintain customer / distributor contacts database (CRM)
  • Plan, coordinate and implement corporate events (National Meeting, Board of Directors meetings, Steering Committee meetings, Senior Staff meetings, etc.)
  • Manage the Member and Contract Participant onboarding process
  • Oversee the National Accounts legal document process and storage
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvements
  • Handles any other duties and/or projects, as assigned, for the benefit of the organization

  • Marketing Assessment & Strategy; create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance supplyFORCE position and image within the marketplace.
  • Build and maintain digital marketing strategy and social media presence
  • Develop budgets for the Marketing department
  • Ensure consistency internally and externally of all supplyFORCE print and electronic marketing materials including; letterhead, logo, presentations, handouts, website, newsletters, business cards, co-branding, etc.
  • Measure and report effectiveness of marketing programs, publications, and communications.
  • Maintain supplyFORCE website.
  • Manage newsletters including content management & development and design.
  • Create and develop supplyFORCE branded materials, including; Power Point presentations, brochures, cards, etc.
  • Design signage and provide promotional materials for the office, trade shows, and events.
  • Develop, manage, and facilitate manufacturer webinars in GoToWebinar.
  • Work with internal and external resources to plan, coordinate and execute annual National Meeting.
  • Manage registration and coordinate attendance for industry events.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years experience in direct executive support, project management and/or event planning

Minimum two to three years’ experience in marketing or industry served.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
